300 Rabies-Spread Animals on Untung Jawa Island Vaccinated

Seribu Islands Maritime, Agriculture, and Food Security Sub-dept. has vaccinated rabies-spread animals on Untung Jawa Island, Monday (10/22).

Today there are 300 cats vaccinated

Seribu Islands Maritime, Agriculture, and Food Security Sub-dept. Acting Head, M Rohman Toyib stated that it is done in order to prevent and maintain Jakarta Free Rabies that has been run since 2004.

"Today there are 300 cats vaccinated," he told.

Thus far, 1,531 animals have been vaccinated in Seribu Islands. The number has exceeded the target that is set at 1,406 animals.

"It will also be done on Bidadari and Onrust islands," he said
